Mishaun Jackson, CEO/Founder
Mishaun is a former nurse executive who spent over 30 years in healthcare. For many years she provided inspiring coaching and mentoring to women seeking career development with great success. In addition she was often sought out for her nurse executive expertise to assist healthcare organizations with transformation with excellent performance outcomes. With this unique experience she has combined her nursing and leadership expertise along with her professional coaching to build her own practice. As CEO & Founder of WOW Solutions, Mishaun is redefining transformation with her expertise in a bold approach. Specializing in empowerment coaching for women and offering expert legal nurse consulting services for attorneys, healthcare organizations, and insurance companies to navigate complex medical-legal matters.

Mishaun is also a motivational speaker, speaking on topics specifically geared to empower and motivate women. She is the creator of the EmpowerHER Coaching program designed to empower women to "Unleash Their Power, Transform Their Future". She is also a published author of self-help books, sharing her experience, insights, and methods of survival, transformation, rising and thriving.

Sherle Rubin, FNP, PMHNP, MSN
Sherle Rubin, DNP(c), FNP, PMHNP, CHC, RYT, is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 30 years of expertise in mental health. Known as "Lady Sherle," "Cowgirl Cali," or "Doc," she is a Family Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, College Professor, Weight Management Consultant, and Certified Trauma-Informed Coach and Yoga Instructor. With a career spanning decades, including 30 years at California’s Patton State Hospital for the criminally insane, she has developed unparalleled expertise in complex mental health care. Currently completing her Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, Sherle combines her professional knowledge with her personal journey to empower others.

After experiencing profound personal losses, including the passing of her grandson and son, Sherle embarked on a transformative healing journey that led her to equestrian training and yoga. Inspired by her bond with her horse, Scooter, and recognizing the lack of representation for Black cowgirls, she founded "Those Black Cowgirls™" as a space for healing and empowerment. Through her certifications and life experience, she now specializes in creating personalized plans to help individuals overcome trauma, grief, weight challenges, and spiritual disconnection. Raised in Detroit’s Brewster projects and shaped by her own resilience, Sherle uses her story to inspire others to find strength, purpose, and healing, embodying the mantra, “Empowered Women Empower Women.”
