Cancellation Policy

Client Booking Policy Woman of Wisdom (WOW) Solutions LLC Effective Date: 12/16/2024 Thank you for choosing Woman of Wisdom Solutions LLC. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our Booking Policy below. By scheduling services with us, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking Confirmation • Upon booking a service, you will receive a confirmation email and, if you opt-in, a text message (SMS) confirming your appointment details. • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your booking. Standard carrier rates and fees may apply. • To opt out of SMS communications at any time, please contact us at [Info@wowsolutionsllc.net] or reply STOP to any text message. 2. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans may change; however, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. • Failure to notify us of a cancellation will result in a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost. Rescheduling Policy • Appointments can be rescheduled at no additional charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a fee of 25% of the service cost. No-Show Fee • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. • Payment for missed or no-show appointments must be completed before rescheduling any future services. 5. Payment Policy • All fees for cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows will be applied to the credit card or payment method on file. • By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and authorize Woman of Wisdom Solutions LLC to process applicable fees. 6. Communication and Opt-Out • If you no longer wish to receive automated booking confirmations via email or SMS, you may opt out at any time by contacting us at info@wowsolutionsllc.net • Please note that opting out of notifications may impact your ability to receive important updates about your appointment. 7. Policy Agreement By booking services with Woman of Wisdom Solutions LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
